Arrive at Varanasi airport/railway station and proceed to hotel. After hotel check-in proceed for old city tour various ghats of Varanasi like Manikarnika, Panchganga ghat, Harishchandra ghat etc. by boat. Later enjoy Ganga Aarti at Dasashwamedh Ghat. Overnight in Varanasi.

Early morning proceed for Pind Daan at river Ganga (optional- at additional price) and visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath temple, After breakfast visit the Durga temple, Sankat Mochan (Hanuman temple), Manas Mandir, BHU. Later proceed for daytrip to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum. Overnight in Varanasi

After breakfast proceed to Ayodhya and later visit Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Sita Ki Rasoi. In evening see the aarti in bank of river Sarayu. Overnight in Ayodhya.

After breakfast proceed to Varanasi. On the way visit Prayagraj here visit Sangam (the meeting of Ganges, Yamuna and legendry Saraswati. Also visit Anand Bhavan- the former residence of Nehru family which has now been transformed into a museum showcasing various artefacts and articles of the era of Independence movement in India, Laying Hanuman Temple-The shrine is an underground pit which houses an enormous image of Lord Hanuman in a lying position. Later proceed to Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.
